SXSW Event Takeover

Ricoh SXSW Event Takeover
Immersive event experience

Developed a 360-degree immersive experience for Ricoh at SXSW, designed to bridge the gap between digital innovation and physical environmental design. The creative strategy centered on a seamless extension of our brand philosophy, ensuring our voice remained resonant from the initial digital spark to the final physical interaction.

Execution: Event design included initial communications, an online portal, social media, and environmental graphics, banners, wall wraps, and screens. We used the event's dynamic patterns to transform a standard venue into a fully branded ecosystem.

TMI Magazine: A publication highlighting Ricoh’s TMI Summit at SXSW, exploring how we turn TMI (too much information) into ROI for transformative business results. The magazine featured our curation of workplace and industry experts who presented game-changing insights into the future of work, showcasing how innovative companies are unlocking the power of information to turn today’s challenges into unprecedented competitive advantages.
